Shipping Policy

At this time, Kurl Up only takes orders in the United States in all 50 states. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Although we anticipate a high order volume during the holidays and will do our best to keep to our usual range, you should expect some delay. We offer free shipping on all orders regardless of price. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation that the order has been received and shipment confirmation will be made available. Kurl Up is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly. Please refer to our “return & refund policy,” for how to approach the situation.


Return & Exchange Policy

First of all, thank you for shopping for your hair needs with us! We're a small business and every purchase makes a huge impact on us. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help. You can return the product for a full refund including shipping costs within the first 30 days. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase in your return.
